Scoble on why Facebook doesn't listen....

Robert Scoble has an interesting post that explains why I can't make Facebook bring back the design I was used to, or to stop changing it every day. (The birthdays moved today so it tok wasteful time to find them again.)

And I like change!

Why Facebook has never listened and why it definitely won’t start now

Hmmmm. Some of the comments are interesting too.

If you want to see an example of how Facebook thinks, check ot ths posting:

How Are Facebook Users Responding to the “Real Time” Home Page Redesign? March 19th, 2009

It's the opposite to classic textbook user engagement, but then you're not the customer. Advertisers are. It's all about the clicks.
