Launching the Information Commons

Stacey Greenwell always pushes the envelope. She just launched a video to promote the University of Kentucky’s information commons and it's pretty good. She has a few clear messages to get across (we can help, you can eat, etc.) and does it with fun, humour and panache. This one even works with the sound off. You could play it on a loop on the library's monitors. I wonder if this could be a screensaver?

Here’s more about the project with links to the short and long version of the video:

Check it out. Steal these ideas.

Thanks, Stephen! We're pretty excited about the video--over the past few days it's been traveling around campus. Our numbers are already up 20% from this time last year, so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Should anyone have questions about the video, feel free to get in touch.
