Hear hear! Commoncraft should be given some sort of award. Certainly they have my gratitude. We've found their video shorts useful for staff training and baffled folks in general. The one on Twitter released last week was impeccably timed for our new team blog. :)

Oops! I meant the one on podcasting from last week...I have a colleague working on a Podcasting workshop proposal. :)
