How and When Not To Answer Reference Questions
In Multimedia and Internet @ Schools I write a column called "Pipeline" for every issue. For the Nov. / Dec. 2007 issue, I offer up:
K-12 Reference Work: Learning to NOT answer their Questions
It an interesting idea, even I do say so myself!
