Ready to start talking web 3.0, 4.0?
I can hear the collective shriek out in library land. 3.0! 4.0 Arrrghhhhhh!

Allow me to simplify. Web 2.0 gave us massive collaboration beyond static web pages, ala eBay and Facebook. Web 3.0 will give us understanding beyond shopping and entertainment, ala HelpGlobe.
