These are great, Stephen! So much thought and content and detail, without stepping over that "too much on a slide" line. I swear, one of my favorite things about 2.0 is getting to read notes from and attend presentations from conferences I can't physically be at--which would include most conferences [grin]. Then: getting to bookmark them and show them to others. Such a resource. Thanks.
