my favorite facebook feature is their event promotion - I've had first hand experience with how doing direct marketing of events via facebook brings in people who didn't respond to email notifications of the same event.

Thanks. Big help in getting sorted out the different possibilities, WHAT they do, WHO they reach, etc. Our users are very knowledgeable about all of this and we have to be "right there" in order to help them at all.
