Blogs for Teaching Librarians

Here's a link to my Multimedia and Internet@Schools column on the blogs I read for that sector:

Teacher Librarians: Sharing and Taking Care of Themselves

It's an amazing group of thinkers.

My school district coordinator made an executive decision to deny the librarians the rights to go into the cataloging feature of our software, Follett's Destiny. The whispered reason is because there are some librarians in our district who do not catalog perfectly, even though we have had access to Alliance Plus. I am feeling "mugged" as a blogger recently titled his post. I feel like I was mugged and someone stole my privilege to enhance a record.
