'Librarians Are Hiding Something"

You've got to love Stephen Colbert of the Colbert Report. He did an interview with John Perry Barlow about copyright. Colbert said that he has trademarked the phrase "librarians are hiding something". By saying the opposite he draws attention to the reality. I love satire in its most traditional sense. And the irony is how many biblio-bloggers didn't get the irony.

At least I didn't get caught by any April Fool's jokes this year. Probably the first time!

Stephen. MLS (not hiding it).

I saw you in OKC this week...Great presentation!! I got kicked off of My Space a few months ago. I suspect it was because I had a picture of myself on there when I was ten years old. Never mind that it was obviously taken in the early 70s! There were also pictures of me looking semi-professional, but I guess they didn't see those. I've tried to get back on, but my email is blocked. I will try some of those other sites you mentioned.
