This month's issue is great. I am attracted to the idea since I love the idea that play is learning.
The main point is contained in the title: Take Your Inner Child to Work Day.
In this article you can discover the process to reaching your Inner Child in three simple steps...
- Step 1: Determine the age of your Inner Child.
- Step 2: Behave like that Inner Child.
- Step 3: Don’t let Them out of your sight.
What is the age of your inner child?
"The scientific method is to take the first and second digits of your calendar age and add them together… I’m 37, 3+7=10."
My Inner Child is 7 years old! Therre - that actually feels better today than 52. How old is yours?

Thanks for the kind words and for the link to the Idea Sandbox newsletter.
The whole idea of this issue was to offer a way for folks to stop being so stuffy. As adults we're too quick to kill ideas before they've had a chance to develop. Like swinging a bat at a ball. Some ideas will be strikes, others will be home runs.
As adults, too often we decide not to even go to plate because the concept is silly or 'we tried that before.'
Kids aren't really worried about 'tried it before.'

Interesting to note that at 49, you would have an inner child of 13, but turn 50, and you get to be 5 again!

Thanks again... I just wanted to let you know, you're one of those sneezer types Seth Godin mentions as someone who spreads an idea virus.
